DU Family of Companies is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to support our local team in Freehold, NJ. The role focuses on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for inspection services within the fire protection and security industry.

Responsibilities include promoting inspections, prospecting for new clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the branch office to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in outside sales.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or GED; business/marketing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote mandatory fire sprinkler, fire alarm, special hazards and fire extinguisher inspections.
• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with inspection clients and drive sales growth with the branch office.
• Complete site surveys, negotiate inspection agreements, and secure contracts.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Inspection Sales Leader to set goals and develop sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts with the team.
