Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to serve customers with knowledge and a service-first mindset. You will handle sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries to drive revenue at the local Profit Center.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or inside sales, are comfortable with Microsoft Office, and eager to grow relationships with contractors and building trades.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and able to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center team.
