Job summary

NAVFAC Pacific is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to provide design analysis, drawings, and specifications for MILCON and facility projects in the Navy and Marine Corps.

You will work with design teams on DB and DBB contracts, perform QA/QC site visits, and must hold US citizenship and be able to obtain a SECRET clearance.

A Bachelor's in Engineering and a valid driver's license are required; relocation incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• US citizen and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Selective Service registration for males when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform design analysis and calculations for fire protection projects.
• Prepare final detailed drawings, cost analyses, RFPs, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on DB and DBB projects.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and site visits to ensure life safety compliance.
