Responsibilities

• Act as Designer of Record (DOR) for Fire Protection design projects including schedule, budget, and delegation of work to junior staff.
• Seal and stamp construction drawings and specifications.
• Gather information, interview stakeholders, perform calculations, and prepare rough layouts as required.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Support project delivery with staff mentoring and quality control.
