Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of fire protection engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, IBC, IFC and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Design fire protection systems for data center facilities.
• Perform code analysis and life-safety engineering.
• Establish design criteria and basis of design reports.
• Oversee hydraulic calculations for water distribution networks.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil and architecture teams.
• Interface with clients, AHJs, and insurers to obtain approvals.
