Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a Fire Protection Design Manager to oversee the design and BIM aspects of new construction sprinkler projects. The role requires supervising designers, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring adherence to NFPA codes and project specifications.

The position is based at our Richmond, VA HQ with occasional site visits. A NICET II certification is preferred, and relocation may be required for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of fire protection design or related experience.
• Experience supervising design staff and coordinating with field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design/BIM for new construction sprinkler projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and project specs through review of drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate material procurement and supplier invoices for construction.
