• Establish contact with potential clients and schedule sales calls
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts for fire life safety services

Responsibilities

• Use cold calls and warm leads to grow the customer base
• Establish contact with potential clients and schedule sales calls for inspections
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate pricing with Management
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through communication and quotes
• Prepare timely proposals and contracts with dispatching and billing information
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets company standards
• Maintain a proactive proposal pipeline for growth opportunities
• Report sales activity in monthly management meetings
• Understand assigned fire alarm and sprinkler markets within the territory
