WSP Global Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Consultant - Fire and Life Safety Engineering to lead fire protection design and life safety strategies across a diverse project portfolio.

The role requires a PE license, a B.S. or M.S. in Fire Protection Engineering, and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with occasional travel as needed. You will provide technical guidance and ensure code compliance with IBC/NFPA/UFC while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Fire Protection Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• 3–5 years of fire protection and life safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of Building and Fire Codes (IBC, NFPA, UFC).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
