The role interfaces with field technicians, coordinators, and the Portfolio Manager to move inspections through repair and retest cycles while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include preparing repair estimates, communicating with customers, and maintaining compliant documentation in AHJ portals.

Qualifications

• The role requires high accuracy and organized handling of reports.
• Experience using Google Sheets and Excel for tracking inspections.
• Ability to prepare estimates and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage inspection reports, track repairs, then retest reports.
• Ensure technician documentation is complete and accurate.
• Follow up with technicians to resolve missing data.
• Send completed reports to customers and upload to AHJ portals.
• Prepare repair and service estimates, including parts pricing.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Manager to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Communicate report status and next steps to customers.
• Maintain organized tracking in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Perform internal audits of reports and updates.
