Relay Fire & Safety in Massapequa, NY is seeking an organized Operations & Compliance Coordinator to help keep our fire and life safety services running smoothly across Long Island and NYC. You will coordinate FDNY inspections, resolve violations, and maintain accurate compliance records while supporting daily field operations and customer accounts.

Experience in fire protection is a plus, but not required; strong admin and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, admin, compliance, scheduling, or office support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate FDNY inspections, testing, and related appointments.
• Track and document inspections and compliance activities.
• Help manage violations and summonses and keep records up to date.
