SERVPRO® of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties and SERVPRO® of Union County is seeking a high-energy Fire & Contents Restoration Manager who leads from the front on job sites, estimates, and field crews. You will drive projects from start to finish, mastering restoration tech and delivering top-tier results for homeowners, property managers, and insurers.

In this dual-impact role you’ll own operations and budgeting, recruit and mentor a restoration team, ensure IICRC standards, and expand scopes

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration with fire, smoke, contents, and estimating.
• IICRC certifications considered a major plus.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus for diverse teams and community.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ lbs; high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead job sites and write precise estimates; supervise field crews end-to-end.
• Manage digital inventory, schedule crews, and track pack-out/pack-backs.
• Ensure IICRC standards, proper documentation, and safe operations.
• Deliver excellent customer experience for homeowners, managers, and insurers.
• Control budgets and negotiate scopes for profitability; recruit and mentor staff.
• Oversee Bio-Remediation and Water Restoration when needed.
