The role requires 2+ years in parts or related fields, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in parts, warehouse, automotive, heavy truck, or fire apparatus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to learn parts lookup systems and ERP software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering replacement parts for fire apparatus and emergency equipment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare quotations and pricing for parts requests.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, fleet managers, and service personnel.
• Follow up on open quotes and backordered items.
