• Proficient with MS Office suite for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts locations in fire apparatus using BOMs and docs.
• Research parts with manufacturers, suppliers, and engineers.
• Create part numbers for customer orders and quotes.
• Collaborate with service and purchasing to find replacements.
• Prepare documents with Word/Excel/PowerPoint detailing findings.
• Process work orders and assist with part shipments.
