Firematic is hiring a Parts Specialist for the Fire Apparatus Division to support parts for fire trucks and equipment. You will assist technicians and customers, process orders, and manage inventory to ensure quick availability of parts.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and coordination with vendors, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly pay range based on experience.

Formación

• Experience in truck parts, fire apparatus, or heavy-duty equipment (required).
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computer systems and data entry.
• Clean driver’s license.
• Inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus.

• Keep inventory dialed in—order, receive, stock, and track parts.
• Manage returns, warranties, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure technicians get the right parts fast to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and daily data entry.
• Coordinate urgent pickups and deliveries when needed.
• Help drive department efficiency and profitability.

What You’ll Do
