Qualifications

• Formal sales experience beyond retail or hospitality.
• Willingness to learn in a technical environment.
• Proficiency with email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to self-teach CRM and industry-specific tools.
• People-oriented approach and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, conduct site surveys, and gather measurements for estimates.
• Build estimates, proposals, and preengineering solutions for fire protection projects.
• Review construction documents and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with project management, design, and field operations to ensure accuracy of proposals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Spend time in the field to understand system conditions and pricing accuracy.
