Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire alarm components for proper operation.
• Prepare reports documenting findings and deficiencies per NFPA codes.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and repair wiring, devices and software.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies to restore functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and battery replacement.
• Document all activities using the ServiceTrade platform.
• Coordinate with Deficiency Sellers and Service Coordinators on repairs.
• Schedule work with clients and discuss inspection findings, upgrades.
