S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative to drive sales of fire alarm contracts, service and small installation projects within the assigned territory.

The role focuses on securing new customers and expanding the service base while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and end users. You will travel to customer sites, promote service offerings, and work with branch staff to ensure seamless execution from quote to delivery.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience selling service contracts in Fire Protection.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 72 required.
• Knowledge of industry standard practices for service and inspection.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task to the extreme is required.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings for sprinkler locations.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve problems promptly.
• Prepare quotes for service and follow-up on impairments.
• Grow service base by selling fire alarm services, repairs, modernization, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to ensure excellent customer service.
• Conduct customer surveys as required.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
• Obtain required licensing and manufacturers’ certifications.
• Schedule and execute monthly calls as assigned.
• Follow company processes and complete paperwork timely.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Read drawings to determine sprinkler locations for projects.
• Travel to customer and job sites as required.
