Johnson Controls is seeking technicians to install, program, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems at customer sites. Responsibilities include panel repair, device replacement, and networked system testing.

The role requires reading blueprints, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with dispatch. After-hours support may be required; travel may be involved depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems including Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading blueprints, submittals, and manuals.
• Able to pass background and drug test; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, configure, commission, and service fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems at customer sites.
• Organize resources and supervise installation to meet contract specs; complete required documentation.
