Qualifications

• At least 5 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational manuals
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50-70 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overnight travel
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and retain licenses required by codes

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, configure, commission, and service Fire Alarm, Access Control and CCTV systems at customer sites
• Organize resources and ensure efficient task execution
• Program panels and focus on networked fire alarm systems
• Respond to service calls promptly; participate in after-hours program
• Read blueprints and supervise installation to meet specifications
• Complete documentation and required certifications
