Job summary

Shambaugh & Son LP is seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee all aspects of fire alarm projects, including Air Sampling equipment and BDA systems. The role involves coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will assist in design, BOM development, scheduling, and estimating, while ensuring compliance and safety on site, including extended hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale fire alarm projects is required.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to coordinate design, materials, scheduling, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Fire Alarm projects including Air Sampling, BDA, and related systems.
• Communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
• Develop strategies to meet schedules and milestones.
• Assist with design, BOM, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with field Superintendents and other PMs for project needs.
• Order materials and equipment and assist in estimating and change orders.
