Job summary

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee fire alarm projects, air sampling equipment, BDA, and related systems for large-scale construction.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with customers, and drive project milestones while supporting design and scheduling efforts. The role requires 8–10 years of experience in hi-tech fire alarm projects, OSHA 30, and collaboration with General Contractors and field teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ minimum experience in large scale hi-tech fire alarm projects.
• Design and layout experience preferred.
• Estimating and job costing experience preferred.
• Experience with General Contractors and building teams.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of fire alarm projects and related systems.
• Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams.
• Develop strategies to meet schedules and milestones.
• Assist with design, BOM, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with field Superintendents and other PMs.
• Order materials and equipment for projects.
• Assist in estimating, change orders, and durations.
• Fulfill client documentation requirements.
