VSC Fire & Security in Mobile, Alabama seeks a Fire Alarm - Low Voltage Manager to oversee the Integrated Systems department, develop client bases, and negotiate contracts. The role requires hiring, training, and enforcing safety programs, with experience across Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, and related disciplines.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction integrated systems, knowledge of NFPA and codes, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience installing commercial construction integrated systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA, regulatory standards, and state/local codes.
• Skilled in management, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and contract/services negotiation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrated Systems department and lead client development.
• Hire, train, discipline, and terminate staff as needed.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure safety and training programs are followed.
• Visit sites, prepare proposals and estimates, and manage project profitability.
