Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contract sales of fire alarm or electronic security systems.
• Proven track record of successful sales and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (NFPA 72, BOCA).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand fire, life safety, and security requirements and tailor integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors on bids and proposals aligned with project specs.
• Ensure systems integration within the project framework to enhance safety.
• Develop budgets and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and clients.
• Monitor sales metrics and forecast to meet targets.
