Job summary

VSC Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm - Low Voltage Manager to lead the Integrated Systems department in Mobile, AL.

You will grow the client base, quote contracts, and negotiate terms while guiding staff and ensuring safety and compliance across projects. You will oversee installation activities for fire alarm, intrusion, access control, CCTV, IP networking, and related systems, while managing budgets, scheduling, and staff training, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience installing commercial construction integrated systems.
• State or local licensure where required.
• Experience hiring, training, and disciplining field staff.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA, regulatory standards, and state/local codes.
• Skilled in management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract/services negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Integrated Systems department and manage staff performance.
• Develop and maintain client base to meet goals.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure safety and training program adherence.
• Ensure on-time completion of work and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve scope and payment issues.
