Your New Role

This Fire Alarm Installation Foreman position will serve customers across the Raleigh Metropolitan area. You will:

• Lead and manage fire alarm system installation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.

• Oversee and guide the installation team daily.

• Install, program, and test fire alarm systems in compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.

• Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precision.

• Collaborate with contractors, superintendents, and project managers for seamless project execution.

• Inspect and troubleshoot systems to ensure functionality and compliance.

• Maintain project documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and change orders.

• Train and mentor technicians on installation best practices and safety protocols.

• 1-2 years of fire alarm system installation experience (preferred).

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
