Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and preventative services on fire and security systems for our clients.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to obtain required state licenses, strong math skills, and knowledge of fire and electrical codes. Travel as needed; training provided; join a team focused on integrity, service, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes to ensure safe installation and inspection of alarms.
• High School graduate or GED as a baseline qualification.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that systems and devices function properly per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department daily.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
