Job summary

Per Mar Security Services seeks a Fire Alarm Inspector to perform on-site inspections and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems for clients. You will verify devices, complete documentation, and communicate with clients and the Central Monitoring Station to ensure system reliability.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain state licenses/certifications, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks/drug tests.
• Must obtain specified licenses/certifications per state regulations.
• Travel as needed.
• Strong math skills including percentages and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all devices function properly per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork daily and submit to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with clients, coworkers, and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor related to daily operations.
