Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and preventative services on fire and security systems. Starting pay is based on experience, and candidates must meet licensing and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must obtain state licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Strong math and geometry fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventive maintenance services on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all systems and devices function properly and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department daily.
• Communicate with clients, coworkers and Central Monitoring Station.
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
