Job summary
Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company is seeking a Fire Alarm Estimator / Sales Representative to join our Denver, CO team. You will cultivate client relationships, pursue installation contracts for projects from tenant improvements to new construction, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to win bids.
Requires 5+ years in estimating/sales in fire protection, NICET certification or commitment to obtain it, and strong knowledge of NFPA codes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in estimating and/or sales within fire protection
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers for design and installation of fire alarm systems.
- Demonstrate products and provide guidance on best applications.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications to support accurate estimates.
- Produce detailed cost estimates including design, materials, equipment, and labor.
- Prepare proposals with technical detail and identify scope of services.
