Job summary
Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Fire Alarm Estimator / Sales Representative to pursue installation projects and grow the customer base across tenant improvements and new construction. You will collaborate with clients and teams, drive bids, and secure contracts through proactive sales and technical proposals.
Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in fire protection estimating or sales, NICET certification or commitment, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating and/or sales experience in fire protection.
- NICET certification or commitment to obtain certification.
- Experience with Test & Inspection is highly desired.
- Self-motivated, organized and driven to win new business.
- Strong written and verbal communication; customer service focus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers interested in fire alarm design and installation.
- Demonstrate products and advise on best applications.
- Read and apply local and national codes and NFPA standards.
- Produce detailed cost estimates including materials, permits, and labor.
- Prepare proposals with technical scope and terms; negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Meet with contractors on site to review bid scope and conditions; participate in pre-bid meetings.
- Travel as necessary to meet clients in the region.
