Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring to install, program, configure, and service Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems at customer sites. You will read blueprints, coordinate with trades, and train customers on operation, while supporting on-time project delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience with low voltage electrical systems, including life safety, access control, and paging tools. OSHA rules apply and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Three (3) years documented experience in low voltage electrical systems.
• Experience reading blueprints and manuals.
• Able to perform physical labor up to 50–70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure, commission and service Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems at customer sites.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and diagrams; coordinate with trades.
• Train customers on operation; maintain project documentation.
