Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Sales Representative to grow our large projects division focused on new fire alarm system sales. You will work with electrical and general contractors to offer full turnkey, partial turnkey, or parts and smarts, expanding into mission critical and new construction sectors.

Your role involves building a broad sales network, writing proposals, estimating, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet annual targets.

Qualificações

• Experience with EST 4 and EST Edge platforms.
• Experience with Mission critical facility fire protection systems.
• NICET II or equivalent certification.
• Experience utilizing quoting tools Bidnet And Bid Tracer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Bluebeam and Procore.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Sales focused on fire protection with emphasis on fire alarm systems.
• Knowledge of fire alarm system installation requirements and methods.
• Experience writing proposals and estimating.
• Establish customer rapport and build strategic partnerships.
• Meet yearly sales goals set by the sales manager.
• Communicate with customers to identify product needs and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate product functions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage post-sale relationships.
• Provide territory sales forecasts.
