Job summary

Nabancard is seeking an experienced UX Designer to translate complex business and technical requirements into polished workflows, mockups, and documentation for web and mobile platforms. The role emphasizes AI-enabled design, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, trusted fintech experiences.

You will lead design efforts across payments, onboarding, and money movement with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex requirements into clear, structured workflows and fully realized interactive prototypes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort instructing and critiquing UI designers.
• Self-motivated, with experience working with developers, designers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex, high-level requirements into workflows, mockups, and documentation across web, iOS, and Android.
• Use AI to build workflows and prototypes, iterating on flows, states, and edge cases for production-ready experiences.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes and present to senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Map end-to-end user journeys for payments, wallets, onboarding, and money movement, considering success and failure paths.
• Partner with Product Owners to define features and prioritize requirements based on user needs.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis; develop personas grounded in customer behavior and trust.
