• Strong experience owning a product area across multiple releases.
• Deep UX and visual design expertise with a standout skill.
• Ability to build with AI and ship reusable components.
• Prototyping in code or with AI tools; understanding components/data shape.
• Comfort with complex, information-heavy, regulated environments.
• Willingness to disagree in public and adjust when evidence changes.
