Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in product design or equivalent.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and well-crafted user experiences.
• Experience designing for B2B and/or fintech products.
• Strong prototyping skills across fidelities, including functional or coded prototypes.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Hands-on experience planning and running user research, turning insights into product direction.
• Experience working in complex and ambiguous problem spaces and with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end experience for core products, from planning to launch, partnering with the Principal Designer, Product, and Engineering.
• Design AI-powered and agentic workflows that finance teams can understand and trust, including explainability and handling of model errors.
• Pay attention to design details, simplify complex tasks, and connect related projects.
• Raise the craft bar through design crits and mentorship, shaping long-term product vision and processes.
• Contribute to a design system with tokens, components, and documentation.
• Use AI tools throughout the design process to move faster and test ideas with real data.
