Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Fiserv Technical Support Engineer II to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and document complex systems for Self-service Portal and Mobile Banking customers. The role supports Hosted Operations, System Administration, and PS, following standard change controls.

You will handle customer inquiries, perform data repairs when needed, and provide 24x7 on-call coverage, collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely resolution and clear

Qualifications

High School Diploma required and 2–4 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and communicate plans clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via self-service portal for Banking customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues; document resolutions.
Maintain case notes and communicate status with clients and internal teams.
Follow change control processes and coordinate with Development/Support teams.
Possibly perform data repairs in production environment with care.
Provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.
