Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Technical Documentation Business Analyst to maintain the quality and organization of technical documentation. You will work with SMEs, product managers, and engineers to ensure clarity and timely updates across features.

This detail-oriented role supports multiple work streams in a fast-paced fintech environment, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted documentation and dashboard reporting to partner teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical documentation or business analysis within tech/fintech environments.
• Familiarity with API structures and software development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-team project experience.
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Interest in applying AI tools to documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feature changes to determine documentation needs.
• Ensure new features are described, documented, and ticketed properly.
• Manage release timing for documentation updates across teams.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to validate documentation requests.
• Log and ticket documentation requests from internal/external sources.
• Prioritize and manage the ticket backlog for the documentation team.
• Support planning by helping create/manage tickets across epics.
• Build dashboards/reports providing insights to partner teams.
• Guide updates to AI-driven documentation and validate quality.
