Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Technical Documentation Business Analyst to ensure our documentation stays accurate and usable as products evolve. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and Engineers to describe features, track updates, and manage tickets.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience with API structures, and strong communication skills. You’ll work across teams using Slack, JIRA, and Confluence in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in technical documentation or business analysis in tech/fintech.
• Familiarity with API structures and software development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Slack, JIRA, Confluence; interest in applying AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feature changes to determine documentation needs.
• Ensure features are described, documented, and ticketed.
• Manage the release process for documentation updates and timing.
• Coordinate with client-facing teams to validate documentation requests.
• Log and ticket documentation requests from internal/external sources.
• Prioritize and manage the documentation team's backlog based on impact.
