Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in technical documentation or business analysis in tech/fintech.
• Familiarity with API structures and software dev processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feature changes to determine documentation needs.
• Ensure features are described, documented, and tracked in tickets.
• Manage release timing for documentation updates across teams.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to validate docs and update requests.
• Log and ticket documentation requests from internal/external sources.
• Prioritize backlog and assist team planning with tickets across epics.
• Monitor usage statistics to identify documentation improvements.
• Build dashboards/reports providing insights to partners.
