Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat in a FinTech environment.
• Assist with account setup, payment queries, and platform navigation.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and technical issues promptly and empathetically.
• Guide users through digital financial tools and e-payment solutions with clear information.
• Document all interactions in the CRM accurately and in compliance with data protection standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, fraud prevention, and technical support teams.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry regulations to offer expert guidance.
• Identify recurring issues and relay feedback for service improvement.
