Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest in the banking/fintech sectors with a proactive learning approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication suitable for high-level banking correspondence.
• Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or a finance-related background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Scalable Capital users regarding banking inquiries and investment account management.
• Maintain high professionalism while navigating banking regulations and security protocols.
• Assist clients with onboarding, document verification, and transactional queries with precision.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing clear, accurate information to Italian-speaking customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or financial issues reported by end-users.
• Provide constructive feedback to management to improve customer experience metrics.
• Handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR and security standards.
