Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese language proficiency is essential for the role.
• English proficiency at a working level for internal communication and training.
• EU passport or legal right to work within the EU is mandatory.
• Genuine interest or experience in FinTech, banking, digital payments, or financial services is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in tech or financial services.
• Ability to explain complex FinTech concepts clearly to customers of varying backgrounds.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account setup, digital payments, and platform navigation for FinTech products.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and technical issues promptly and empathetically.
• Guide users through digital financial tools, mobile banking, and e-payment solutions.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM, following data protection standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, fraud prevention, and technical support teams to resolve complex cases.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry regulations to provide expert guidance.
