Job summary

Rho, based in New York City, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join its growing fintech sales team. You will support senior Account Executives, generate leads, and engage clients while learning our all-in-one platform of corporate cards, payments, and banking services.

You’ll gain hands-on fintech experience and be part of a fast-moving environment with clear advancement to a full Account Executive role within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead-generation activities through phone, email and in-person outreach.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships.
• Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on features and promotions.
• Contribute to development of sales strategies and tactics.
