Job summary

Rho, the modern banking platform for startups, is hiring an Associate Growth Account Executive in NYC. This role blends new-business development with account growth, offering hands-on prospecting and managing a book of business.

You'll work with senior Growth AEs to identify expansion opportunities, build forecasts, and tailor proposals. High performers will move into a Growth AE role with full quota in 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in Business, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales, customer success or business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Curiosity and passion for fintech; eager to learn financial products.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and pipeline building through calls, emails, events, and in-person meetings; maintain CRM hygiene.
• Support growth and expansion by identifying opportunities, preparing demos, and crafting proposals.
• Engage with prospects and customers; represent Rho at industry events and tailor value proposition to startup finance pain points.
• Carry a small quota on expansion opportunities and help the team exceed revenue targets through upsell/cross-sell.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Product to align on needs and launches.
