Job summary

Rho is seeking an Associate Account Executive in Boston to drive lead generation, assist with sales activities, and engage life sciences clients. You will work with Senior Account Executives to learn the fintech platform and build client relationships.

This role offers a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year, with exposure to equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off as part of the compensation package. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Life Sciences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with strong time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships.
• Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
