Clicklease is seeking a Risk Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing portfolio performance and credit risk across our lease portfolio. You will work with Risk, Finance, Data Science, Product, and Operations teams to gain hands-on experience in fintech analytics while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, analytical, and eager to develop expertise in lending, portfolio analytics, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, credit analysis, risk management, portfolio analytics, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lease portfolio performance and credit risk trends.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards tracking portfolio health and risk metrics.
• Assist with data analysis to improve portfolio performance and risk management.
• Maintain and validate risk models, reporting tools, and analytical processes.
• Investigate portfolio performance trends and identify potential risks.
