Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Client Account Management professional to own the relationship with Paycard clients in a hybrid Brentwood, TN environment. You will act as the main contact, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure retention.

Corpay is looking for a customer-focused Account Management professional to join our Corporate Payments Paycard team in Brentwood.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while developing your career within the fast-moving payments and fintech industry. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate day-to-day account needs, resolve challenges, understand available solutions, and get the most value from their relationship with Corpay.

What You will Do

Own the Client Relationship

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned Paycard clients.
• Build trusted relationships, understand each client’s business, and program needs.
• Provide responsive, professional support and follow-through.
• Conduct initiative-taking client outreach rather than waiting for an issue to arise.
• Help drive client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Solve Problems & Deliver Results

• Research client questions and take ownership of issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with internal partners to solve more complex client needs.
• Keep clients informed throughout the resolution process.
• Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Balance multiple client priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Become a Product & Solutions Resource

• Educating clients on available products, services, tools, and enhancements.
• Assist with ongoing account and program needs.
• Help clients maximize the value of Corpay solutions.
• Identify additional solutions or services that may benefit the client.

Collaborate Across Corpay

• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Product, Sales, Implementation, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and account activity.
• Communicate client feedback and emerging needs internally.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven team environment.
