Job summary

FIS is hiring a Client Support Representative I for Integrated Payables in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role reports to the Integrated Payables Client Support team, delivering timely guidance and proactive recommendations to maximize client value.

The position requires 1–3 years in customer support, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools. Onsite days are Tuesday–Thursday with a 9–6 schedule. High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer support or similar experience.
• Experience using CRM or ticket management systems is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for client questions, issues, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents while meeting service level commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate issues and drive resolution.
• Communicate status updates, root causes, and solutions to clients in a timely manner.
• Deliver guidance, training, and best practices to help clients use the platform effectively.
