Job summary

Securitize is seeking a Product Manager to span Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations on the Securitize Platform. You will work with senior PMs to translate regulatory and client needs into actionable requirements for Engineering, shaping onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds and assets.

You'll own cross-functional delivery, drive data integrations, write precise user stories, and ensure UAT/QA readiness while maintaining up-to-date documentation and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech or regulated industries.
• Proven track record from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Strong written and verbal communication for specs Engineering can implement with minimal back-and-forth.
• Ability to translate regulatory and operational needs into product requirements.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and prioritize product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations within the existing product team structure.
• Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations, from requirements through launch.
• Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for features touching investor recordkeeping, subscriptions/redemptions, and cap table management.
• Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds/assets joining the Securitize Platform.
• Manage UAT and QA planning for TA and Issuer related releases.
• Prioritize the bug/enhancement backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact.
• Maintain and continuously improve product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials for TA and issuer workflows.
• Use operational data (reconciliation, processing times, error rates) to inform roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches involving Compliance, Legal, and Client Services.
