Adyen seeks a Senior Product Manager to scale Issuing within our Financial Services product team in Chicago. You will own the Servicing roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance to deliver a fast, secure, and scalable platform.

You will lead with a data-first mindset and an AI-forward approach, balancing reliability with innovation to monetize spend and drive customer value across globally distributed users.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building high-scale products in fast-growing tech or fintech environments.
• 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products.
• Execution: delivering complex product initiatives at scale with autonomy.
• Customer centric: translate technical complexity into customer impact.
• Product: strong instincts, data-driven decisions, focus on business impact.
• Leadership: set vision and strategy for teams.
